Nearby Motels

1. Econo Lodge (newest, nicest): 20 miles NW on a nice, pretty, straight-thru highway (US 322) - one way
   each way with island in between - takes about 20 minutes to get there - probably the most expensive
   (717-436-5981).
2. Tuscarora Motor Inn: not quite as far, only 18 miles away and off the same road as the Econo Lodge
   (717-436-2127). It is on the main street (old 322) in Mifflintown.
3. Park Motel/Red Carpet Inn: 11 miles away going east on US 322, then north on Route 11/15, in Duncannon.
   (717-834-3320). (This motel has gotten very mixed reviews and my advice is to stay here only if you’ve done
   so before or know someone who has.)
4. Star Dust Motel: very near the Park in terms of location, amenities, and price (717-834-3191).
5. The Tressler House: A Bed & Breakfast Inn, 41 W. Main Street, New Bloomfield, PA 17068 (717-582-2914)
6. Mountain View Bed & Breakfast, 200 Orchard Road, Newport, PA 17074 (717-567-9417)
7. AJ RV Rental Inc.: If you are are interested in renting an RV, call 717-909-7878.
